The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had a lovely view.

The place is modern and fairly clean, everything is fabulous, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff is wonderfully helpful and well-trained, and the owner too. The hotel is in the centre of the city in the awesome zone. As for me the food is outstanding, and they have a lot of meals...

Loved the lovely garden and terrace - perfect for relaxing! The private parking was a plus, especially after dodging traffic. Breakfast was a great way to start the day, as long as you don't mind sharing with the birds.

Who needs peace and quiet when you can have noisy birds flying around during breakfast?

The great thing is location in the center of the city. As I remember, there were good choice of restaurants to eat, like Gusto Ristorante & Pizza that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The rooms are new-fashioned with big size bathrooms and have a nice interior. The service at the courtyard is top-notch.

The air-conditioned rooms at Villa Flavia Heritage Hotel were fantastic! They had everything I needed, like a desk, coffee machine, and minibar. The flat-screen TV and private bathroom with a shower were great too. It made me feel so comfortable and at home during my stay.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the apartment to be less than ideal. I could sometimes hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

The double room we stayed in had a safe, mini-bar, and central heating, and the bed was really comfy.

The rooms at Villa Flavia are super cozy with all the essentials, like a coffee machine, minibar, and a desk. I loved having a private bathroom with a refreshing shower. The flat-screen TV was a great addition, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the rooms made me feel right at home!

Personally, I didn't use the balcony much, but I can see how others would enjoy it as it offers a nice view.

our stay at villa flavia exceeded expectations. from the amazing service to the immaculate hotel, everything was perfect. the central location made exploring the city a breeze. the complimentary tour of the roman ruins and the photo were a delightful touch. highly recommend!

Stayed at a charming hotel with a garden, free Wi-Fi, and a terrace. Loved the cozy atmosphere and the convenience of private parking. Also, had a great time bouncing off the walls in the shared lounge.

Oh, what a shame, there was nothing I didn't like. It was all just too perfect for words.

I recently stayed in a lovely superior double room with a great view and had a wonderful time with all the necessary amenities provided.
